Dear blog,
on monday, esc told me that she got an offer from S... ask for my opinion... then i say no worth to go... she agrees...
on tuesday, esc email me saying that S's benefits are similar to Y... doubt to quite current job... i calculate the salary for both company, compare for her, analyse for her, i still thinks that not worth to go... she says she consider... 
on wednesday, esc told me that one of her colleague's salary is same like hers although less experience... she is totally "bo song"... she says wanna consider to go S... she sounds really not happy to continue to work with Y d... then i replied her email, tell her that if she wanna go S, just giv a try, but my advise still, go n apply for other job... to get a better one... she says ok...
i m a bit worry about her decision, cos she must be too angry to make sure a sudden decision... at first she really dun care to attend S's interview, but now bcos of the salary 
then wanna leave Y...
then wanna leave Y... really hope that the new company will be a better place to work...
