at last... i went to A&W for the waffer ice cream...
but, really really dispointed...
nowadays they bake the waffer on the spot d...
they take the made waffer and warm it back...
that's y my waffer is cold...
can u imagine??? cold waffer... how to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i really cannot finish the waffer ice cream that cost me RM6.20
most of it i just left it there... it make me really no appetide to eat anything 
before i left i tried to find a comment card to tell the manager about that...
unfortunately, i can't find any comment card... not even a comment box...
i think they dun want to listen to customers' comments and complaints...
that's y... although the root bear is really nice... and the food is comparable with other fast food...
they cannot improve...
the waffer and ice cream bar used to be an additional attraction of A&W...
i think they are lossing it...
pity A&W... maybe we will say bye bye to it few yrs later...
like last time they used to have Whitehouse... now bye bye oledi...
if A&W don't improved, they will dissapear, no matter how long they used to be in Malaysia's market...
